Shalom Selamta Tenayistiling Family,
Lecha Dodi, is a love song to THE ALMIGHTY POWER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. TO YHWH INI, WE, YHWH’S people sing.
Halleluyah, Hallelujah, Todah Rabbah,
YHWH is Good.
YHWH’S GOODNESS endures forever.
To YHWH do INI, we, YHWH’S people give thanks that YHWH’S name is near, YHWH’S wonderous works declare.
A beautiful mezmur of Dawid, Lecha Dodi is a love song of great love! Kol Dodi, Hebrew for “voice of my beloved,” is from Shir ha-Shirim (Song of Songs) 2:8. Kol Dodi is a love song to the coming Messiah.
I looked on line for MEHIR’S singing Lecha Dodi.
MEHIR’S I am looking for INI “Lecha Dodi” style mezmur!
These mezmur are what I found on line:
1. “L’cha Dodi – Abayudaya Jews of Uganda”
2. Chanting Rastafari ‘The Story of Nyahbinghi’ https://youtu.be/aYP_hfjrGf8
3. Ashkenazi version of Kol Dodi https://youtu.be/TuDy-0C91UM
4. “Kol Dodi – Chuck King”
To the ones YHWH loves and accepts YHWH provides righteous marriage, children, family, tribe, community, nation, food, clothes, shelter, loyal life and love.
Many may say they love.
YHWH shows and gives loyal life and love.
Psalms 75:2 declares “When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.”
Only within the congregation, synagogue, church family gathering are ones received and judged upright or wicked.
If ones are upright before YHWH, the saints of the congregation say “yea”
If ones are not upright before YHWH, the saints of the congregation say “nay”.
All the earth and the earth’s inhabitants are dissolved. Selah.
To fools INI, we, YHWH’S people said, “Fools deal not foolishly.”
In the face of adversarial and pleasant speaking wicked ones, speak not to the wicked.
Lift not your horn on high, speak not with a stiff neck.
Promotion comes neither from the east, west, nor south.
YHWH IS JUDGE
He puts down one and sets up another.
In YHWH’S hand is a cup, with red wine, a mixture he pours out all the same:
the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out and drank them.
I will declare forever: I will sing praises to YHWH of Yaacob.
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
Shabbat Shalom, Senbet Selam,
