Matt Brooks first wrote this story, September 19, 2015.
As I read the story, there were parts of the narrative that Matt wrote, that I agreed with and parts I do not.
I have rewitten the narrative with corrections that I am confident are accurate and true.
Truth and integrity of madatory, unreasonable and excessive sentencing of humanity in general and Hebrews specifically must cease and desist.
In 2011, a Pennsylvania man was charged with running a heroin ring out of a halfway house where he was serving parole. Gene “Shorty” Carter of Philadelphia was tried and convicted.
A Blair County trial judge sentenced him on 16 separate counts, each carrying a mandatory minimum sentence, and ruled that the terms would run consecutively. The net sentencing result: a sentence of between 105 and 216 years in prison, all on a non-violent drug conviction.
Carter’s case is an example of “excessesive sentencing of the criminal justice system” of Hebrews.
Cannabis, is not a drug. Cannabis is a herb that has been demonized by Pharaoh and his policy makers, and enforcers for the benefit of those who subscribe to their philosophy, agenda and policies.
Major movement is underway to reform the way courts penalize cannabis users, ditributors, and possessors. Movement is underway to overturn the kinds of laws that made Carter’s and many other sentences possible.
Rastafati Groundation and MPP provide insight, inspired knowledge of cannabis, culture, politricians and politrics.
Cater’s Case Sent For New Sentencing
A Pennsylvania appellate court overturned Carter’s sentence in September 2015, saying the 43-year-old man deserves a less excessive penalty. The appellate judges returned the case to the trial court for new sentencing rather than shorten his sentence themselves.
The appellate judges did rebuke the trial judge for imposing mandatory sentence without input from a jury, and called his sentence “manifestly unreasonable and excessive.” The judges pointed to a 2013 Supreme Court decision holding that juries, not judges, must have the final say in whether mandatory sentences apply.
First of all according to their law, the judge was not to have the final say, juries were.
The judge imposed a mandatory, unreasonable and excessive sentence, against “a Hebrew”, in color although in 2013 the Supreme Court held that juries, not judges, must have the final say if mandatory sentencing applied.
The sentencing points to a clear example of ” do as thou will”, Molester Crowley doctrine, teaching agenda.
If we judge the matter by cause and not effect, Carter, a parolee was pushed out of the mainstream mode of making a living. I do not agree with use nor sale of any pharmaceutical drugs. To punitively punish him, severely, the judge imposed an excessive sentence.
According to Torah, Biblical teaching, which the forefathers and practioners themselves say they ascribe to, teach nor advocate no such thing.
Even in the instances of punishment within upright nation, community, tribe , family there is a limited number to punishment.

Discriminate Anti-Drug Laws
Carter’s case highlights draconian means by which “anti-drug” laws, particularly aimed against cannabis possession, distribution, and use can be used to doom poor people, especially poor “black people”, to a lifetime behind bars over cannabis use, distribution, and possession vs and or relatively minor drug crimes that don’t involve violence.
How can the impact of violence be measured that has been caused by prescription pharmaceutical drugs? When will that impact study be held into account for the harm pharmaceutical drugs have caused and continue causing on humanity?
Mandatory minimum sentencing laws were a product of the “drug war” during the late 1980s and 1990s. Drugs manufactured, and distributed by pharmaceutical companies, presribed by doctors have caused more harm to humanity than all natural herbs combined.
“Mandatory minimum sentencing laws” were typically written on the theory that “drugs” are the driving factor behind all crime. Man and people commit crimes.
Drugs are made in laboratories. Lab technicians mix chemicals with herbs. Herbs have many properties. Herbs are not “drugs” until they are mixed with chemicals, in labs.
Wicked men and people sought and seek to lock up “Hebrew” doctors, lawyers, students and even small-time “Hebrew” street dealers for years to decades at a time.
The pendulum is swinging in the right direction again, after a long time. But it still has a long way to go before prisons are no longer crowded with young black men doing time for offenses that in many states is not against the law.
