Meditate, discuss and find agreement, in one accord, with rules, plans and strategies for your natural birth plan with in and in with Yahoshua Ben YHWH. Debarim (Deuteronomy) 7:12-16.

י As a part of pre-natal care, bond with your mate, then consider bonding through visits with the woman you trust, a midwife, at home, and or family clinic. Discuss who will be present at the birth. Arrangements for children and family members during the birth. Debarim (Deuteronomy) 7:26

י Release fear and trust YHWH, and the process!


י Communicate with your ish, husband, a very clear birth plan, and then to your midwife for care, rules, strategy and plans for a natural birth. Stay healthy with health consciousness of nutrition and exercise. Suggestions for health nutrition and exercise consultations are available and are offered with This Is Life Inside YHWH products and services. Your midwife may even join you in your nutrition and exercise plan!

י If you find it necessary to file paperwork with the state in which you live, social security cards, passports, identification and birth certificates, you may obtained them from your state.

י Consider natural pain coping methods. Breathing, body massages, natural organic herbs, teas, should be used. Move about freely, eating and drinking natural and organic foods and drinks and resting your body. Body massages make contractions more manageable. Use Raising Up The House of Judah Mother Care Massage Oils with your body massage. Changing positions, essential oils, warm compresses, showers and baths add added support. Standing in the shower, sitting in the bathtub, and or in the birthing pool in warm water before, during and after pre-natal, labor and post-natal times are helpful! They are able to be fun and may be enjoyed with your ish!

י Prepare to minimize and alleviate morning sickness, queasiness, fatigue, and tiredness.


י Monitoring and prevention are key strategies. If needed, skills to use monitoring and prevention methods are available. Scriptures and Herbal medications are used.

י Mother-Minimize and avoid interventions such as epidurals, iv narcotics, internal fetal monitoring, induced labor, cesarean delivery, forceps, and vacuum extractions, in your pre, labor and post partum experience. Minimize and or alleviate the use of prescription pain medications to reduce risk of intracranial bleeding of your newborn. More research and information is provided in Volume 5, Issue 5, “Baby’s Birth”.

י Use natural herbs and methods to address stretch marks, sore breast, leg cramps, high blood pressure, headaches, fatigue, fluid, depression, and pre-clampsia

י Immediately upon birth, place baby on moms breast. Placing baby on Moms breast provides warmth and bonding. Babies nursing after birth reduces mom’s bleeding, and stimulates her uterus to contract. Colostrum, that naturally flows from the mother’s breast, boosts the baby’s immune system-naturally!

י Maintaining an atmosphere of shalom, calm and or quiet with soothing music and sounds is soothing for both baby and mom. The baby receives love, protection and nurturing and parents can bond, love, nurture and relax together.

י Prepare for cleaning up after the birth! Beds, carpet, floor, tub, pool, birth stool, can be protected by using waterproof liners, pads and or if necessary shower liners. Prepare for laundry to be ran and trash taken out.

י Rejoice in YHWH, The Ruach Kadesh, Yahoshua Ben YHWH, Abbatachin and take refuge in HIM! In Righteousness of Dr. Yahoshua Ben YHWH, I declare the work of YHWH in the Ruach Kadesh is good to reveal and bring forth truth and is true good, righteous, devotion and just!
